Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.
- Certain items, such as personalized products, gift cards, or sale items, are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
Return Process
- Submit a Return Request:
- Contact our Customer Service team at contact@gingashop.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Receive a Return Authorization:
- We will provide you with a return authorization number and return instructions.
- Ship the Item Back:
- Pack the item securely and include all original packaging and materials.
- Use the provided return shipping label or ship to the address specified in your return instructions.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
